2010 - Welcome to the New Year!

We are entering into a new year – a number three new year, to be exact. It is so exciting going into this new year – the New Year’s Eve celebration takes place on a Capricorn Full Moon, which is a Blue Moon (the second Full Moon in a month), and the showing of a partial lunar eclipse (which can only happen during a full moon, and which in this case will only be able to be seen the United States from Alaska).

The numerological quality of the year is determined by adding up all of its numbers.For the year 2010 we have 2+0+1+0=3. A number three year carries the quality of expansion, of growth and change. It is a year in which we can manifest into physical form that which we put our will and intent behind. This is energy that is available to each of us, and overlays the energy of our personal year (which is determined by adding the numbers in our birth month, birth day and the numbers of the current year).

Note: We are coming out of a number two year, which was fairly restful and balanced, even though it seemed to move along at warp speed! This gave us a chance to review and get ready for a very active number three yea.

Humor is a tool that if used wisely will help us well in the coming year. We can also expect to be accessing our creative core, and expanding our social network and activities. A number nine year is the end of the nine year cycle. Projects underway are completed in this year, and we release that which no longer serves us well. We are getting ourselves ready to begin a new cycle with the next year (a number one year).
