How is it I am able to see distant people iv never met and no and can see threw any matter on this planet by thinking about them? Even when people are asleep I can still see them on any part of the globe? And I have precognitions and retrocognitions about that same person and can rewind parts of there life when iv never met them fast ford and rewind. I always try to help people but there's no help for remote viewing I need guidance.

Sounds like u got quite the aptitute as a specialist involving psychic sight. As far as helping people via ur rewind/ffwd viewing their lives, let them ask u for help b4 u help them. If u portray urself as insistin on helpin them, even in spite of good will, they may be put off by you, instead interpretin u as creepy or intrusive. As much as u wanna help them, it's best they ask u 1st. Or u can express ur concern with an opening like "hey, man / miss? u need my help with something?"
