I was in a bad mood and stressed - a random stranger on the subway looked directly at my face (with a serious look on his face), from maybe 2 arm lengths away, about 5 or 6 times, it was very obvious and very uncomfortable. Then he nudged his friend, made a head motion towards me and made a gesture with his finger right along the third eye chakra. What could this mean? Should I be worried?
