Happy Halloween to my PsychicPower Family! Did you know that the famous magician Houdini died on October 31st?

Halloween is one of my absolutely favorite holidays. One of the main reasons is because it’s enjoyed by everyone. I love to see children of all ages dressed up in their costumes. They are always so very adorable. How can anyone refuse them candy treats?

Carving pumpkins is an enjoyable and entertaining project which should involve the entire family. If you don’t like carving you can always paint a fun face. In our house we always make it a contest. Then we use those pumpkins for decorations, adding some fun Halloween props indoors and out.

Have you ever hosted a masquerade ball? I love trying to figure out who is under the mask.

What to do with the left over candy… you may pack the extra pounds on by continue eating them daily, or here is an idea… you can donate them.

How do you celebrate Halloween? We would love to hear from you….

We do a haunted hayride & picnic for the first responders and their families. So it will be police officers, firefighters, ambulance drivers and the like. Just a way to say thank you and we hope they can have some fun.

Scarlet Begonias...that is pretty awesome. There are so many good people in this world and you rank high up there. I do a party mainly for the children but grown ups are welcome. Lots of fun games and always a costume competition where nobody loses. It's all in good fun and this will be the 11th year we've been doing it.

It's a bit difficult this year financially for me and the good candy is so expensive. Anyhow I will be making sure I have enough for the children in the neighborhood. I leave my outdoor light on and if I run out I turn it off, I am hoping I don't disappoint anyone this year, never have and I don't want to start now.

To me Halloween represents the change of season, the passage from Autumn to Winter. The orange colour is used during the celebration because it represents the changing leaves of Autumn. Halloween transitions inito Thanksgiving. All celebrations and reminders to prepare for Winter.

Happy Halloween everyone. I feel sad for the children in the devastated areas in the Northeast, hopefully they will get to celebrate halloween and I wish everyone there the very best, my heart, thoughts and prayers are with them.

I was born on Halloween and enjoyed everyone celebrating MY birthday by dressing up. Now that I'm newly die hard psychic believer, is there any positivespr negatives being born on 10/31?
