This may sound strange, but whenever I meditate and then open my eyes, I see tiny speckles of white light all around me. The best way I can describe it is if you can imagine watching a science movie about tiny atoms flying all around -- this is how it looks. Or, like thousands of microscopic shooting stars. does anyone else have this experience or am I just a bit off? (Please don't answer if it's the latter.)

Lolo - No, you are not off at all. I have had these experiences also. My personal feeling is that this is spirit, and it does pass readily. For me, it is confirmation that I am getting to the meditative level that I want to be at. :) Bonnie

I have had this same experience with the lights - not always, but sometimes. Generally when I have it I experience a depth to the meditation - as if I have received some type of information, even though I don't know what that may be. Dani
