Hello there, lately I have been experiencing feelings such as frustration and that something important is missing that I need to do.And I keep seeing shadows and lights flickering and tingles and cold chills getting mental pictures of faces and symbols dreaming of being dead and sharing telepathy with one of my good friends and I feel their pain like they want me to help them but I can't understand much and connect good with them and I need help cause its really hurting my home life and my emotions are a complete wreck.I tell my family but they think its non sense and I'm crazy. Any advice?
